What it Does 

Automatically publishes approved assets from The Aprimo and Salsify integration helps teams automatically publish approved digital assets from Aprimo DAM to Salsify, making it easier to keep product content accurate, connected, and up to date. Using metadata-driven identifiers, assets are linked to the right products automatically, which reduces manual work and helps ensure consistency across systems. The integration also synchronizes key metadata to improve product content accuracy, searchability, and version alignment between Aprimo and Salsify. 

How It Works 

Teams create, manage, and approve assets in Aprimo DAM as part of their normal content workflow. Once an asset reaches an approved status, or meets predefined business rules, the integration sends the asset and its mapped metadata directly to Salsify. From there, the asset is associated with the correct product using identifiers stored in Aprimo metadata. As assets or metadata are updated in Aprimo, those changes are reflected in Salsify, helping teams maintain consistent and current product content across both platforms.
