As a long-time user of Aprimo solutions, the team at Citizens Bank has been continuously implementing change and driving new and more valuable outcomes to the business. Over this period, review cycles have become shorter and efficiency on work has continued to increase. The efficiency of the marketing team is achieved without sacrificing effectiveness or compliance.

Kathy has been responsible for the Aprimo solutions at Citizens Bank since the beginning, almost 15 years ago! She continuously improves and innovates the Citizens Bank solution by working with business lines to discuss existing or proposed processes, develop short and long-term strategies, and program automated workflows within Aprimo MRM application.
In addition, Kathy is responsible for training and user adoption for users new to Citizens Bank as well as existing users as new features and capabilities come online.
