Senior Vice President of Customer Experience
Jason Allen is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, where his focus is activating customers on Aprimo and working with clients to achieve value. Jason is responsible for scaling delivery through our Alliance partnerships and growing the world-class Aprimo Academy.
Jason has been a leader in Professional Services at Aprimo for the past ten years and brings significant experience in achieving success on our platform and marketing technology. During his time with Aprimo, Jason has been instrumental in building the services practice, guiding our methods and leading customers to success on our solutions.
Prior to Aprimo, Jason held management and leadership positions as a management consultant at Ernst & Young, James Martin & Company, and Viant. Jason focused on managing large-scale CRM system deployments.
Jason earned a BS from Indiana University and MBA from University of Chicago. Jason is married with three children and resides in the Indianapolis area.
