How do I join the Aprimo MVP Program?

What if I was a member of the Teradata Peer Advantage program?


Thank you for your previous participation, and we hope that you will enroll in the Aprimo MVP Program. Unused points from the Peer Advantage program will be rolled into this program with an expiration date of 12/31/17. Terms and conditions of the Aprimo MVP Program apply.

What happens after I complete the enrollment form?


Your information will be reviewed, and a member of the Customer Programs team will contact you with any questions, information, or next steps.

What are the perks of being an Aprimo MVP?


Participating in this program gives you the opportunity to share your story and gain visibility among your peers, establishing yourself as an industry thought leader and helping you build a professional network. While promoting you, you’ll also earn customer appreciation points that will award you discounts and rewards.

What are customer appreciation points?


Customer appreciation points are points you accumulate for participating in activities supporting Aprimo and/or partnering with Aprimo to share your story with prospects, customers, analysts, and media. As points accumulate, you can redeem them for travel expenses, conference registration, charitable contributions, and training.

When do I start earning customer appreciation points?


Activities eligible for points will be presented to you by the Aprimo Customer Programs team. Upon completing any agreed-upon activity, points are awarded.

How do I earn customer appreciation points?


Points are available for various activities, such as peer-to-peer references, speaking engagements, collaboration on content, press and analyst interviews, testimonial quotes, and customer success stories.

How can I redeem my points?


Customer appreciation points can be redeemed for rewards in increments of 500 points. Contact aprimomvp@aprimo.com to request point rewards.

Will my points expire?


Points expire 24 months from the date you were awarded them.

How will I know how many points I have?


We encourage you to keep your own records, but email aprimomvp@aprimo.com to request a count of your current points.

How much time do I have to commit to this program?


You can do as much or as little as you want, depending on the requests that are presented to you. There is a minimum requirement of at least two activities per year to remain active. Participants are reviewed annually to determine eligibility for the coming year.
