The Financial Services Forum is an opportunity for Aprimo customers from leading financial institutions to network and connect with peers, share best practices, learn about and provide input towards coming product innovations and build deeper relationships with Aprimo and our partners.

Starting with a pilot event in December 2016, and now a second smash hit in Atlanta in Q2, we have seen how this meeting provides a boost to the collaborative environment in which participants (including Aprimo) can work together to accelerate the realized value of the Aprimo solution in the following ways:

  • Foster community through intimate peer/industry networking opportunities
  • Improve business results and solution satisfaction levels with relevant best practices sharing
  • Maintain Aprimo’s thought-leader position by sharing timely industry trends and insights
  • Engage and create Aprimo advocates with an exciting product roadmap preview and, most importantly
  • Create a partnership by establishing a conduit for shaping the product vision with input based on customer needs and business goals.

The two-day event in NYC will kick off with a welcome and opening message from Aprimo leadership. An update on product innovation and industry trends and their implications will set up the event’s big picture conversation. From there the agenda quickly moves into topical sessions on business challenges and sharing solutions, networking and specific “deep-dive” sessions defined by the group. Aprimo may invite a key partner to participate based on the agenda and suitability to the goals of the meeting. The Q4 event will be a two-day event with a group dinner/activity in the evening of day 1. We plan to wrap up by 4pm on the 16th. Please plan your travel accordingly.

What's the ROI of an Event Like This?

Customers typically come away with two or three immediately implementable ideas that can create savings or efficiencies in the 5-10% range annually. For a marketing budget of $1,000,000, that’s a savings between $50 and $100K. Even a one percent impact to marketing would create $10,000 in savings. If the estimated cost of the trip is $3,000 (a conservative figure, even for NY) then sending someone to the forum will pay for itself three times over!
