What is the Aprimo EAP?


Aprimo’s Early Adopter Program (EAP) is an exclusive community for customers to join and gain early access to features and functionality. Members have the opportunity to influence and shape the innovations our product teams are developing.

How do I join the Aprimo EAP?


Complete our brief, online sign-up form or speak with your Customer Success Director. Upon expressing interest, a member of our Product Management team will contact you.

What happens after I complete the enrollment form?


Your information will be reviewed, and a member of the Product Management team will contact you with any questions, information, or next steps.

Why would I want to be a part of an EAP?


  • Gain early access to new features and functionality
  • Drive the product roadmap and vision
  • Interact directly with Aprimo product teams and customers
  • Have your voice heard
  • Share your story and successes through case studies and testimonials
  • Receive most valuable peer (MVP) points


What are most valuable peer (MVP) points?


MVP points are points you accumulate for participating in activities supporting Aprimo and/or partnering with Aprimo to share your story with prospects, customers, analysts, and media. As points accumulate, you can redeem them for travel expenses, conference registrations, charitable contributions, and training.

What criteria needs to be met in order to be selected for an EAP?


The criteria that needs to be met includes:
  • Being a current, SaaS customer (or in the process of being on SaaS)
  • Drive the product roadmap and vision
  • Turning on the feature and using the functionality
  • Attending the briefings / product demos
  • Committing to providing feedback
  • Willing to provide a testimonial / case study at the end of the EAP
  • Willing to invest the necessary time
  • Willing to look at the functionality from a business and use case perspective (not purely a feature/function perspective)


Do I have to sign up separately for each EAP I’m interested in?


Yes, if you are interested in different Early Adopter Programs throughout the year, please sign up for each one. If you participated in one in the past, it does not guarantee you will be selected for future EAPs.

What products are included in EAPs?


Specific features/functionalities across all products will go through an EAP: Aprimo Marketing Productivity, Aprimo Plan & Spend, Aprimo Distributed Marketing, Aprimo Campaign, and Aprimo Digital Asset Management.

How long do EAPs last?


EAPs can last anywhere from six weeks to six months.
