ANTI-SLAVERY AND ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT 2017

As an organization, we strongly support the individual rights of our employees, vendors and customers. Our non-discrimination policies, our Core Values Statement and emphasis on ethical business practices establish our commitment to ensuring that our organization is free from slavery and human trafficking and that we protect the individual rights of every person who works on our behalf.

ORGANISATION’S STRUCTURE

We are a global technology company with our parent legal organization in the United Kingdom as well as corporate entities in Australia, China, the EU, Philippines and the United States. We have almost 400 employees worldwide.

We have a global annual turnover of approximately £60 million.

OUR BUSINESS

Our business is organized into separate legal entities in the following countries:
Australia – a sales and activation services organization,
China – a research and development center,
EU – a sales and activation services organization with a comprehensive technology business operation,
Philippines – a customer support and activation services organization, and a research and development center,
United Kingdom – our EMEA headquarters and comprehensive business operations, and
United States – our global headquarters location and comprehensive business operations.

OUR SUPPLY CHAINS

Our supply chains comprise of established providers of information technology throughout the world.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery and Anti-Human Trafficking position reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains.

Our highly-educated workforce and our commitment to the value of each human being serves as our commitment to the effectiveness of the steps we have taken in 2017 to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains. We intend to maintain our sincere commitment to combat slavery and human trafficking. We provide a confidential hotline accessed only by the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for any employee, contractor or customer to leave an anonymous (if preferred) message to report any suspected misconduct or other unethical behavior.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending December 2017.
