Integration Workbench
While system integration can deliver huge business benefits, getting the work done can be costly. By using web services, Aprimo can integrate with external systems, no matter what the underlying platform or languages used (J2EE, .NET, legacy code). The Integration Workbench has facilitated multiple integrations of Aprimo with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Documentum, Salesforce.com and internal custom-built applications.
The Integration Workbench is much more than a documented API - it is a Web Services interface manager. The Integration Workbench manages inbound web service calls as well as the outbound publishing of Aprimo object data to external systems. The Integration Workbench allows an administrator to define a secure interface with a client id and security token that exposes only specific objects, attributes, and supports only certain functions to get, add, edit, or delete object data.
