Marketing Calendar – as you manage your marketing production, you note specific milestones and activities to be displayed on your central marketing calendar. This calendar can be viewed by all users and sliced & diced to provide only information relevant to that user. The calendar can also be exposed through a portal for external users.

Digital Asset Management – Organise your marketing materials and associated graphic and content components in a centralised, web-based file structure. Manage versions, facilitate search with keywords, descriptions and types, and expose select materials to external consumers through a secure portal. Security settings allow you to control editing of and access to assets in the application and the portal.  Expiration dates allow you to automatically remove assets from the portal at preset dates.
