Out of the box integration with salesforce.com allows you leads to be delivered in real-time to your sales team. Alternatively, a lead portal is available.

Dialogue Manager + eMarketing creates and executes event-triggered marketing with your customers and prospects. A visual design palette allows you to design interactions with customers and respond to their actions in a manner that let's you continue the dialog. An integrated HTML/text e-mail application allows you to design conversations with your customers that include e-mail as well as interactions with your sales or distribution personnel.

Event Manager extends Dialogue Manager capabilities through management and coordination of events. Both physical and on-line (webinars) events can be tracked. Facilities and travel management are also available so that your entire event process can be managed within one application.

Data Miner delivers sophisticated data mining and predictive modeling capabilities for your campaign management requirements.
