Aprimo is committed to customer success as well as enabling implementation partners to become a vital part of creating that success. Accordingly, Aprimo has instituted a certification process to prepare those individuals that will be directly involved in the implementation of Aprimo Marketing™.

Partner support welcome kit
The Aprimo Partner support team will contact the partner to introduce the support program and provide key login information required for access to online information.
Aprimo Certified Partner logo
Certified partners have access to the Aprimo Certified Partner logo for use in their marketing materials to let customers know you are prepared to drive a successful implementation.
Design review
Review of a system and process design with Aprimo Marketing experts prior to beginning an implementation.
Implementation support
The support line is staffed for phone support. Questions can be submitted via email during off hours. Support is provided for system design, system troubleshooting and clarifying product functionality in support of an implementation.
Aprimo conducts customer training classes and welcomes partners to enroll. Aprimo can conduct special classes at partner sites or Aprimo's locations for a preferred consulting rate.
Upon completion of the training, the attendees take a test on the material from the class. If the partner receives a passing grade, they are then "certified" on that particular component and version of the Aprimo Suite. "Certification" opens up a number of benefits vital to the successful implementation of the Aprimo Marketing Suite of products.

The secure portal (using the Digital Asset Manager within the Aprimo Marketing product) provides 24x7x365 access to details on products, services and support to help you work with Aprimo and our products.
Monthly enablement sessions
WebEx training sessions conducted each month that drill down into specific topics based on direct requests from our partners and a library of recorded sessions to view on-demand.
Software customization reviews
Aprimo partner implementation resources are available for validation of proposed software customizations.
Customer support handoff
After completion of the implementation, the Aprimo partner program will coordinate the handoff of the customer to the Aprimo Customer Care team for on-going support.
