Aprimo Services' training curriculum provides users of Aprimo Marketing applications the skills needed to most effectively use our applications in managing the business of marketing

We offer initial project team training at our headquarters in Indianapolis. This training is part of the Installation and Education (IE) offering and is intended for those project team members who are responsible for designing the use of Aprimo Marketing's products. This training is offered in separate components grouped by the application areas addressed by the Aprimo Marketing suite so the attendees are learning only those parts of the application that they will be using. The IE training provides a solid foundation for understanding the system and beginning to design its use.
Once a project begins we use a three-pronged approach to training including classroom instruction, workshops and individual coaching. An Aprimo Services consultant develops a custom training plan for each Aprimo Marketing customer.
The plan outlines which training sessions are necessary and specifies objectives for each session. Our consultants also make recommendations regarding the number of training sessions, optimal class size and the sequence of sessions.
We currently offer courses for each of Aprimo Marketing's applications as well as for Aprimo Marketing system administrators. To provide the most beneficial training, each course can be customized to contain examples using your company's data to shorten on-the-job application of the learning. Each course is delivered at your training site. We encourage power users to attend training before other users. The power users then attend general user training to provide additional support and process insight in the classroom.
Workshops are conducted after classroom training. During these group sessions, users work individually or in teams using the live Aprimo Marketing system. Each workshop has a defined topic and is led by a training professional. Practice examples are used, when needed, to review concepts and processes. At the conclusion of the workshops, users have input initial work into the system and now have their own as well as colleagues' data to reference as they continue using Aprimo Marketing.

Desk-side coaching is also offered to provide on-the-job training for Aprimo Marketing users. Desk-side coaching provides a hands-on session with a training professional who will guide the Aprimo user through the everyday processes of Aprimo Marketing while on the job. This individual coaching is based on the classroom training and assessment of a user's responsibilities. Specific goals and objectives are set for each coaching session and at the close of each session the coach provides suggestions and tips to enable the user to get the most utility out of the applications. When appropriate, a coach will also set up additional sessions to review skills and evaluate progress. The desk-side coaching schedule will be circulated during classroom training to ensure that each person has an opportunity for desk-side coaching. We encourage our customers' "power users" to attend coaching sessions to develop in-house Aprimo Marketing expertise.
