Aprimo Announces Proposed Initial Public Offering
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (September 10, 2007) – Aprimo, Incorporated, a global leader in providing software that accelerates marketing productivity, announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Aprimo has applied to have its common stock listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “MKTG.”
The sole book-running manager of the offering will be Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated. Thomas Weisel Partners, LLC will serve as co-lead manager, and William Blair & Company and Canaccord Adams Inc. will serve as co-managers.
