Mark L. Boxer
Mr. Boxer has served as the
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Operations, Technology and Government Services Business Unit of
WellPoint, Incorporated, a health benefits company, since March 2007 and as an Executive Vice President of
WellPoint, Incorporated since November 2004. Mr. Boxer has been employed by WellPoint, Incorporated since
2000, serving as Chief Operations and Technology Officer from November 2006 to March 2007, Chief Information
Officer from November 2005 to November 2006, Chief Strategy Officer from November 2004 to November 2005,
and in various executive positions from 2000 to November 2004. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Boxer was employed as a
Senior Vice President of Information Technology and eBusiness with CIGNA Health Care. Mr. Boxer earned a
master’s degree in information systems from Drexel University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and bachelor’s degrees in engineering and physics
from the University of Hartford.
Robert E. Davoli
Bob Davoli is a managing director with Sigma Partners, an early-stage high technology venture capital firm. Most recently he was President & CEO of Epoch Systems, the leading vendor of client-server data management software products. He sold the firm in 1993 to EMC for $141 million. Previously, he was the Founder, President and CEO of SQL Solutions, a leading purveyor of services and tools for the relational database market. He sold SQL Solutions to Sybase for stock eventually worth over $100 million. He has been responsible for Sigma's investments in Octane Software, StorageNetworks, Tradex Technologies, Vignette Corporation, m-Qube and Edocs.
William M. Godfrey - Chairman and CEO
Mr. Godfrey has led Aprimo since its inception in 1998 to become the worldwide leader for marketing software solutions. Mr. Godfrey's vision created the category of Enterprise Marketing Management software and he has guided Aprimo's strategy to achieve the sole leadership position in Gartner's Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Magic Quadrant for five consecutive years. Prior to co-founding Aprimo, Mr. Godfrey ran global marketing for several leading enterprise software companies. Mr. Godfrey earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned a bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kentucky.
Robert E. Knowling, Jr.
Mr. Knowling serves as the Chief Executive Officer and as a Board member of Telwares (formerly Vercuity, Inc.), a provider of telecommunications expense management solutions, since April 2005. From January 2002 to April 2005, Mr. Knowling was Chief
Executive Officer of the New York City Leadership Academy. From February 2001 to January 2003, Mr. Knowling
was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Simdesk Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Knowling was
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Covad Communications from July 1998 to November 2000+.
From March 1996 to July 1998, Mr. Knowling was Executive Vice President of Operations and Technologies at US
West Communications, and Vice President of Network Operations at Ameritech Corp., from November 1994 to
March 1996. Mr. Knowling serves on the boards of directors of Ariba, Inc., Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc.
and Orchestra Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly known as The Immune Response Corporation+). He is also a member of
the advisory board for Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Knowling earned a
bachelor’s degree in theology from Wabash College and a master’s degree in business administration from
Northwestern University.
Mark T. Koulogeorge
Mark Koulogeorge is a founding Partner of MK Capital, a $150 million venture capital fund which invests in software, digital media and outsourced services. Mr. Koulogeorge leads MK Capital's application software, marketing services and new media investment practices. He has over a dozen years of venture capital experience, and serves on the board of directors of Apex Learning, Aprimo, Celltrak Technologies, Extraprise, Healthination, Knowlagent and Multicast Media Networks. Prior to entering the venture capital industry, Mr. Koulogeorge was an executive officer of Eagle Industries Inc., a $1.5 billion diversified industrial manufacturer controlled by Sam Zell, where he managed its corporate strategy, merger and acquisition, and corporate finance activities and led over $1 billion in transactions. Earlier, he was a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Koulogeorge holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College.
Robert W. McLaughlin - Chief Technology Officer
Before co-founding Aprimo, Mr. McLaughlin served in a number of product marketing and corporate strategy roles for Tivoli Systems (an IBM company) and Software Artistry. Mr. McLaughlin began his career at Eli Lilly & Co. as a technical lead responsible for the implementation of enterprise systems. He holds bachelor's degrees in both economics and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame.
Gar Richlin
Gar Richlin is the co-founder of Richlin/Dale LLC, an advisory firm which specializes on accelerating the development of emerging growth companies. Prior to co-founding Richlin/Dale, he was the President and COO of Advertising.com, the leading provider of performance based online marketing services. While there, Ad.com’s revenue grew from $38MM to $210MM, culminating in a sale of the company to American Online. Previously, he was CFO and COO of SITEL Corporation, a NYSE listed company, which was the global leader in providing outsourced call center services to large corporations. He holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA with honors from Wesleyan University.
