Welcome to the Aprimo, Inc. (“Aprimo”) Discussions Online Community. By using the Aprimo web site YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS CONDITIONS OF USE (explained below), LEGAL NOTICES, PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the Aprimo web site. The policies of the Aprimo Discussions Online Community may differ substantially from those applicable to your use of the Aprimo web site.

References to Aprimo, Aprimo Discussions, and Aprimo Discussions Online Community herein refer to Aprimo, or their affiliates, subsidiaries and designees as deemed appropriate by Aprimo

The Aprimo Discussions Online Community is hosted and sponsored by Aprimo as a free service to its current users and supporting resources and is intended for the posting, viewing and retrieving of unofficial information by the forum users. Information on this service should not be construed to represent the policies or positions of Aprimo. Information from this service may be distributed or copied, subject only to any indicated copyright restrictions and normally accepted procedures for properly crediting sources. If you agree to the rules and standards, please use this service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

Although Aprimo does not and cannot review all of the messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, Aprimo reserves the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aprimo with respect to any claim based upon the transmission of your message(s).

Aprimo also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information it knows about you) in the event of a legal action or complaint arising from any message posted by you.

Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations or “Spam” are not permitted on the Aprimo Discussions Online Community and will be removed if posted.
