William M. Godfrey,
Chairman and CEO
William Godfrey is the visionary driving Aprimo's strategic direction and 10 years of record growth. In 1998, he co-founded Aprimo as the first software company focused on digitizing the end-to-end marketing value chain. Under Mr. Godfrey's leadership, Aprimo has created the markets now known as Marketing Resource Management and Enterprise Marketing Management. His passion for customer success and innovative solutions have led to Aprimo's continuing market leadership as rated by Gartner, Forrester, and other top research firms.
Mr. Godfrey has received several awards and honors for his business and civic leadership. He was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002, was included in BtoB Magazine's Who's Who List in 2006 and 2007, and has been one of Indiana Business Journal's "Forty Under 40." He is also a co-founder of the TechPoint Foundation, which helps prepare at-risk youth for success in the global information economy. Mr. Godfrey earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned bachelor's and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Kentucky.
Robert W. McLaughlin,
Chief Technology Officer
Along with William Godfrey, Robert McLaughlin co-founded Aprimo in 1998. Since then, he has played a wide variety of roles for the company. Describing himself as "a software engineer at heart and a product manager by brain," Mr. McLaughlin especially enjoys driving product innovation.
Before co-founding Aprimo, Mr. McLaughlin served in a number of product marketing and corporate strategy roles for Tivoli Systems (an IBM company) and Software Artistry. He began his career at Eli Lilly & Co. as a technical lead responsible for the implementation of enterprise systems. Mr. McLaughlin holds bachelors degrees in economics and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame.
Lisa Arthur,
Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Arthur serves as Aprimo’s Chief Marketing Officer driving global market and brand strategy, demand generation and customer-centric initiatives. A 25-year marketing veteran, she has served as CMO for Internet leader Akamai Technologies and B2B2C application provider Mindjet. Ms. Arthur spent nearly 7 years at Oracle where as a Vice President of Marketing, she managed the market entry and growth for Oracle CRM as well drove market and demand initiatives for all of Oracle’s services including its E-Business Suite On-Demand. Most recently, as the founder for Cinterim, Ms. Arthur applied her market-centric processes and insight to provide strategic counsel for Silicon Valley start-ups and Fortune 50 technology companies. Ms. Arthur is a seasoned keynote speaker addressing diverse topics at Web 2.0, Office 2.0, American Marketing Association (AMA) Strategy Conference, Stanford University and MIT Sloan CMO Summit. She has also appeared on Asia’s Wall Street Journal broadcast and published papers with AMA. Ms. Arthur is a former advisory board member of the CMO Council and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio State University.
Umesh Singh,
Chief Financial Officer
Umesh Singh brings over twenty-five years of experience in finance and global business operations to Aprimo. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance for Ariba, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand spend management solutions, where he played an integral part in growing the company from $174 million to $350 million in revenue and its successful transition from a perpetual license model to a SaaS model. Mr. Singh has also held senior leadership roles with Honeywell, and IBM. He earned his bachelors and masters degrees in physical chemistry at the University of Bombay, India, and an MBA degree from Rutgers University. Most recently in 2009, he successfully completed his CPA exams.
Robert C. Boehnlein,
Chief Customer Officer
Mr. Boehnlein serves as Chief Customer Officer focusing on aligning customers’ needs with Aprimo’s solutions and business strategies. Since joining Aprimo in 2001, Mr. Boehnlein has led various operations across the company, including product development, marketing, customer support, partner enablement, professional services, education and cloud services. Mr. Boehnlein has over twenty years of experience in software and professional services across industries including financial services, insurance, manufacturing, life sciences, defense and technology. Prior to joining Aprimo, he served as a partner with Ernst & Young in their management consulting practice. Mr. Boehnlein earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and a master's in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
John Stammen,
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Alliances
Mr. Stammen has over twenty years experience in general management and sales leadership in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining Aprimo, he served as President of PeopleSoft's Select Division and General Manager of their Midwest Operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University and completed "Marketing Strategies for High Technology Companies" at the Wharton School of Business.
George J. Lawrence,
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Lawrence comes to Aprimo after serving as EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ADESA, Inc., a provider of automotive auctions listed on the NYSE prior to being acquired by a private equity group in 2007. Previously, Mr. Lawrence was the Vice President and General Counsel-Americas for Thomson, a leading consumer electronics and digital media technology company, where he was responsible for legal affairs. He has held senior legal positions at OHM Corporation, United Dominion Industries, Stone & Webster and Omni Hotels Corporation. Mr. Lawrence earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and a juris doctor from the George Washington University Law Center.
Anton Papp,
Vice President of Corporate Development
Mr. Papp brings nearly a decade of professional experience in corporate development and investment banking to Aprimo. Most recently, Mr. Papp served as the Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Workshare Technologies, Inc., where he led corporate strategy, and executed on the company’s organic and inorganic growth plans and worked closely with product management to define and implement product roadmaps. He previously was Principal with Pagemill Partners, a technology focused Investment Bank, responsible for providing M&A advisory services to growth companies in the Information Technology (IT) sector. He also served as a Naval Officer and F-14 Tomcat Flight Instructor. Mr. Papp earned his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Business School and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. He is also a graduate of the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun).
Kim Kean,
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Kean has over fifteen years experience in various Human Resources positions, primarily in the software industry and most recently as a HR Consultant in Corporate Development with IBM focused on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to her six years with IBM, Ms. Kean was the HR Manager of Software Artistry, Inc. an Indiana software company that was acquired by Tivoli Systems (an IBM company).
